Kamaan AIOS · Operations

An operating system, not a stack of subscriptions.

AIOS puts AI agents to work inside how your company runs — delivery, reporting, back-office. Your team governs them. The evidence proves them. Built for 50–200 person companies.

2 weeks
Blueprint: full architecture before you commit.
8–12 weeks
Build: working agents in production.

The problem

Your team tried the tools. Adoption died in a month.

That failure is structural: a tool sits next to the work. Nobody rewired the work itself. Enterprise consulting costs more than it returns and moves at enterprise pace. You sit in the gap.

AIOS is the third option: agents with defined jobs inside your real functions, governed by your people, proven by evidence before anything ships.

What an AI operating system is

Three layers, one system.

Layer 1
Manager
An orchestration agent that routes work, holds context, and knows which specialist handles what.
Layer 2
Governed execution
Specialist agents that do the actual jobs — each tested against an eval bench before it touches real work.
Layer 3
Your tools, connected
The system plugs into the software you already run. No rip-and-replace.
WORK ARRIVES LAYER 1 Manager Routes the work. Holds the context. LAYER 2 · GOVERNED EXECUTION Invoice agent drafts · matches · flags Support agent classifies · replies · routes Reporting agent assembles · reconciles EVAL BENCH LAYER 3 Your tools Zoho Tally Microsoft 365 WhatsApp No rip-and-replace. HUMAN APPROVES
Work comes in. The Manager routes it and holds the context. Specialists do the actual job, then pass the eval bench before anything touches real work. The result lands in the tools you already run — and a human on your team approves before it ships.

The part most vendors skip: a human panel from your own team reviews outputs, and each agent earns autonomy only as the evidence supports it. Sending anything to a client always stays human.

How we work

Security & ownership

Your servers. Your IP. Your control.

Deployment
Hosted in your environment
The system runs on your servers or your cloud — not ours. Your data stays inside your infrastructure and never leaves your control.
Ownership
The IP stays with you
Everything built for your company — architecture, agents, workflows, documentation — is your IP, in full. A governed system you own, not a platform you rent.
Security
Enterprise-grade by default
Encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and a full audit trail on every agent action. Every output reviewable, every decision traceable.
Built governed from day one — not patched for compliance later.

The method

Five stages. A gate at every one.

01
Design
Map the job with you. You sign the design doc.
02
Build
Built on test data. Passes the eval bench.
03
Beta
Runs in shadow. Your people check everything.
04
Live
Runs for real. Your team reviews and sends.
05
Refine
Every edit banked. Autonomy earned by evidence.
Autonomy is earned by evidence, never by date.
FAQ

The questions CEOs actually ask.

We already tried AI tools and adoption died. Why is this different?
Most AI tools sit next to the work without changing it, so adoption fades within a month. AIOS rebuilds the workflow itself, puts an agent inside it with a defined job, and trains your own reviewers to govern it. Review is built into the operating rhythm, so adoption doesn't depend on willpower.
What if the build doesn't actually ship or work?
Every Build has a Beta gate at week 8. If the agent's reviewed outputs don't clear the agreed evaluation criteria — typically 90% approval — the engagement does not proceed to production without rescoping or a refund. Nothing goes live on a promise.
Are we locked in for 12 months on Operate?
No. Operate has a mutual fit check at month 3. Either side can convert to a smaller Build structure if the embedded model isn't working. The long-term commitment only formalizes at month 4.
Who owns the work?
You do. Architecture documents, runbooks, eval benches, and handoff docs belong to you at every tier. Blueprint deliverables are yours to keep even if you never engage further.
Will this replace my team?
No, and we don't sell it that way. The goal is decoupling growth from headcount: the next ₹20 Cr of revenue should not require the next 40 hires. Agents take the repetitive production work; people move up to judgment and review.
